The Library of Congress is the largest library in the world and has recently migrated some of their image archives onto Flickr, which is much more user friendly than the official website. I could spend hours leafing through these sets, but ‘The 1930’s -1940’s In Colour ’ has been a particular favourite; intriguing subjects, saturated colours, and haunting landscapes.
