There’s always lots of press coverage preceding the annual anonymous RCA Secret postcard sale arranged by The Royal College of Art. This year was no different, but what struck me as I leafed through the artwork last night post-auction is that we rarely spend much time after the event to actually look at the artwork, rather than wonder about who the pieces were created by. So here’s a collection of some of my favourites, from the ‘well-known’ to the ‘not well-known yet’ including Nick Park, Grayson Perry, John Baldessari, Gethyn Wyn Jones, James Joyce and James R Ford.
With over 2,000 to flick through (whether you got your hands on one or not), there really is something to please everybody’s tastes.
