Unlike my usual music video post on Monday morning, I thought it’d be worthy today to feature a complete package, rather than just the promo. Broken Bells is a project made up of producer-extraordinaire Danger Mouse and The Shins’ front man James Mercer. Add to this musical melting pot a fantastic bit of artwork from Jacob Escobedo and a gratifyingly unexpected website and you have yourself something very special indeed. Oh yeah, and the video for their single is a bit of a corker too.
