I could not do Dawn Chorus justice other than by just describing the process. In 2007, Marcus Coates and the appropriately named Geoff Sample recorded birdsong as close as possible to the source and then slowed each one up to a 16th of the original. These samples were then mimicked by humans filmed in their own habitual spaces, the resulting footage of the uncanny choir was then sped up into a curious and beautiful film.
