Lost And Found

There aren’t enough superlatives to even begin to try and describe ‘Lost and Found’, a short film based on the short story of the same name by the wonderfully talented illustrator Oliver Jeffers.

The task of translating a 2D entity into a 3D film cannot be underestimated, but to do it so succinctly with such wit and charm is a humbling achievement, so hats off to Philip Hunt and Studio AKA.

Having been so impressed I’d like to write something else, but maybe you should make up your own mind – and you’ll have that chance on Channel 4 on Christmas Eve and boxing day.

So, make it your duty this break to gather up the whole family, sit down in front of ‘Lost and Found’ and have your heart well and truly warmed.
