It’s rare that an advert manages to combine an interesting creative premise with a genuine connection to the product it is promoting, but my goodness this spot for Australian University the Central Institute of Technology is just pitch perfect. Comedy duo Henry & Aaron’s finger-snapping set-up is a wonderful piece of misdirection because it makes the viewer expect something far cheesier than actually unfolds – which is both incredibly dark and incredibly funny.
