Danger Mouse & Daniele Luppi: Rome Album

Date
25 April 2011

Today’s Monday morning music video comes courtesy of collab-king Dangermouse – this time with the unlikely line-up of Daniele Luppi, Jack White, Norah Jones and some old Italian musicians. The album, which is out next month is inspired by vintage Italian soundtracks of the 60s and 70s, and this trailer gives such a good insight I think you’ll forgive me for it not being a standard music video. If you’re in any doubt whether it’s worth 5 minutes of your bank holiday, just know that Dangermouse has been working on it for five years, so there’s very little chance of it not being spectacular.
