Cooler, better looking people than you, in hot countries. Sorry. Blame David Gomez.

If you’re in an office with a grey city outside, perhaps it’s best to click away now – there are a lot of sun-dappled babes heading in your direction. I am a huge fan of David Gómez’s photography — his photos capture the feeling of a sleepy, sunny hungover morning on holiday, and his subjects are friendly looking, tousle-haired and rugged. The sort of people you might see working in a laid-back coffee shop, or cycling on an old bike through a town square.

David’s effortlessly cool photographs have been, unsurprisingly, picked up by the likes of American Apparel and Apartamento for ad campaigns and editorials, and you can see why. Who wouldn’t want their brand to bathe in the flattering morning light of his lens?
