Eric Chase Anderson

Date
18 October 2011

Since he was 10, much-worshipped director/genius Wes Anderson has been recruiting his younger brother Eric to assist him in the art of film-making (you can only imagine the conversations they had at that age). Now they are grown-ups, Eric still makes the promotional material for Anderson’s releases. A “late blooming illustrator,” Eric bought his art materials off a guy in a bar for $5 (seriously) and since then he has created storyboard images, DVD covers and cameo illustrations in the movies (think those little animals on the suitcases in Darjeeling Ltd.). May they continue to work together in corduroy-suited harmony for a long time to come.
