Benjamin Sommerhalder: Ghost Knigi
While interviewing Nieves head honcho Benjamin Sommerhalder in the latest issue of It’s Nice That magazine, the Swiss publisher excitedly revealed a love for children’s books. “They’re memories collected from childhood,” he said, in reference to books made by Maurice Sendak and Tomi Ungerer, two illustrative greats Sommerhalder himself is hoping to emulate. He might just do it, too, with Ghost Knigi – a subtle mix of illustrative charm and literary wit which children – and most probably their parents – are likely to read again and again.
