Graphic Design: Fantastic research documents from designer Víctor Arráez

Date

Lovely documentation here from freelance graphic designer Víctor Arráez. Where most of us collate our research in scribbled-on cardboard folders and overflowing File-o-Faxes, Víctor’s here to upstage us all with his perfectly designed and bound publications that gather together his research in charming little packages. His books contain subtle references to the crux of the topic of the work inside, but don’t tend to give it all away immediately. A good example of this is Esplai, a smart-looking, beautifully bound beige book which actually contains examples of joined-up lettering practice. Super nice. I’m thinking of asking him over to my to help me organise my entire life, he seems just the man for the job.
