Katharina Fritsch

Date
26 August 2011

Best-known for her superb sculptural output, Katharina Fritsch is an art world colossus. Having exhibited at the Tate, White Cube, MOMA and many others, you may well be aware of her three-dimensional work – but I beg you not to ignore her stunning flat imagery. An effortlessly confident use of colour and image that leaves no doubt over the German artist’s whereabouts when the artistic ability was being dished out.
