In 2005, alongside Laurenz Brunner, Marianne Vierø produced an installation consisting of 53 books ordered by sun-bleached cover colour. More recently, she’s presented ‘modern indoor gardening,’ has considered ‘the distortion between a site-specific installation and its photographic representation,’ and has colour-coded many dots. Hers is a body of work that both celebrates, and laughs in the face of, ‘conceptual art’.
