Possibly one of the country's most exciting stylists, Matthew Josephs

It should be written in the do’s and don’ts of art and design blogging that stylists should never be forgotten. We often post about great fashion photographers and designers but leave out a crucial chunk of info as to who actually made that shoot so beautiful. So here’s Matthew Josephs, one of the most up-and-coming stylists of today.

Matthew assisted photography big-wig Alasdair McLellan when he was only 19 years old, and has since gone on to some truly great things. His co-workers include such dazzlingly contemporary names as Shaun Samson, Meadham Kirchhoff, Cassette Playa, Nasir Mazhar and Alex Mattsson. A little bit street, a little bit controversial, there’s a certain wonderful grittiness in Matthew’s images that’s pretty rare, and we’re big fans.
