Richard Woods Studio

Meet Richard Woods – the man who would probably decorate Dr. Seuss’ dream home. He’s been alternately called a designer, a craftsman, an architect and an interior decorator, but what we love best about him is his signature ability to transform spaces into deliriously wonderful things. The English artist works with his team painting bright colour and thick lines onto wooden beams that become installations or pieces of furniture. His cartoonish style is both a celebration and a playful mockery of the material, and it’s graced the facades and floor of buildings all over the world. Oh how we wish we could get some for ourselves!
