Studio Makgill produce a vibrant new promotional pack for GFSmith

If you know anything about paper you’ll know that GFSmith are at the very top of the pile, producing an incredible variety of stocks in mind-blowing colours, textures and even just in plain old white. But what you might not be aware of is that until recently they’ve specialised in uncoated stocks; a side to their business that’s recently developed with the addition of a small and exclusive range of coated papers.

To advertise this fact they commissioned Studio Makgill to produce a promotional pack that demonstrates the superb printing capabilities of their new range – from its near-perfect whiteness to its outstanding colour handling. And what better way to do so than commissioning photographer Angela Moore to photograph some highly detailed shots of richly-coloured flora covered in paint.

Printed on different weights of paper and peppered with a variety of finishes it’s a useful tool for designers as well as being a solid piece of straight-up print porn. Tasty business!
