With the announcement of the Designs of the Year shortlist earlier this week I checked to see whether or not we ever got round to posting the work of last years Turner Prize winner, Susan Philipsz. The first winner of the award for a sound piece, the Glaswegian artist created the installation Lowlands under three bridges in Glasgow in which she sung the traditional Scottish song, Lowlands Away.
