Tadashi Ueda is perhaps Japan's most enigmatic young designer
Ask us what we know about Tadashi Ueda and you’ll be met with a simple answer – very little. The Japanese designer has a web presence that’s limited to a couple of Tumblrs and a brief, enigmatic biography – he was born in 1988 and graduated from the Kuwasawa design school in 2012. Whether he works commercially we can’t really say, but what we do know is this – the posters he knocks up in his free time to celebrate chance encounters with cats, being caught in the rain and moving to a new city are incredibly beautiful graphic objects and deserve to be appreciated regardless of their creator’s design pedigree. If you’re reading this Tadashi, drop us a line and help fill in the gaps. We’d love to know more.
