Design wünderkind Thomas Forsyth has just completed this beautiful project for Build conference, creating ten bespoke brass nuts as a gift for each of the speakers. This is the second time Tom has been a freelance nut-smith for Build, following on from 2010’s similarly beautiful wooden ones. This year he’s undertaken the laborious task of casting the objects in brass, documenting the process in a ‘making of’ video you can see if you click through. The whole process was repeated ten times which leads us to believe that Tom has the patience of a saint.
