The Royal Drawing School is presenting a selling exhibition of selected artworks from its postgraduate programme, The Drawing Year.

Best of the Drawing Year is on display at Christie’s King Street, showing pieces by 28 students at the end of their course. All the drawings are for sale.

Exhibiting artists include Liam Walker, India Boxall, Matthew Booker, Daniel Blumberg, Aisha Farr, Samuel Little, Eleanor Watson and Anna Tvertinova, whose works are shown here.

The exhibition also features work by previous alumni of the course, including Clara Drummond’s preparatory drawing for the painting Girl in a Liberty Dress, awarded first prize in the BP Portrait Award 2016. Also on display is work by Kathryn Maple, first prize winner of The Sunday Times watercolour competition 2016.

Best of the Drawing Year runs until 23 November. Following the six-day show, the exhibition will move to the Royal Drawing School’s gallery in Shoreditch for the larger postgraduate final show, including over 300 drawings.
