Typically amazing updates from one of our favourite illustrators, Brecht Vandenbroucke

Date
28 February 2013

Finding out Brecht had uploaded more work on to his Flickr was the internet equivalent of finding out there’s extra gravy and potatoes after a Sunday dinner. I don’t think any other artist or illustrator anywhere churns out as many crazily detailed pictures as Brecht, each one seemingly getting weirder and weirder.

Some of his latest include a scientist being chased Jurassic Park-style around a lab by enormous flies, a slightly alarming image of a queue for a cash machine being invaded by homeless men (we’ve all been there) and a truly, truly fantastic picture of a festival crowd and a guide dog for the blind. We don’t know what White Cube is, but let’s hope it’s an exciting new project that we get to see very soon.
