The 24 Hour Plays

I’ve been a little slow to get round to telling you about something brilliant I saw last weekend. The 24 Hour Plays in an event held and managed by The Old Vic theatre in London, picking a group of the most talented up and coming actors, directors, writers and producers in the country, putting them all in one big pot for a day, giving them a good shake before watching the results. The lucky few get 24 hours to write, direct, produce and perform a ten minute short, which are all performed back to back over one evening (7 in total) and the results were fantastic. Especially impressed with Tim Cowbury’s charming Fantasia, a name to keep your eye on…
