Warpaint - Elephants
Warpaint are signed to Rough Trade, and their recent EP Exquisitve Corpse has me bewitched. Their track Elephants from that very record is a brooding, wall of well-pitched shrieks that gets my heart racing, and that was before I even saw the video. A perfectly, simply filmed piece of film that is happy to let the music do the talking, and we’re happy to listen.
