If you care to take a stroll up Kingsland Road in east London this weekend, you’ll encounter any number of revellers as it’s Dalston’s own annual Land of Kings festival. Aside from the music and festivities, Patternity have curated a show of work celebrating east London’s native creatives and aptly dubbed it A Tapestry of Dalston. Intriguingly as the light fades the show doesn’t, and the UV inks used to print the artwork take centre stage. Pictured is a piece by the magnificent Dan Has Potential, and there are 11 more where that came from.
