Anuschka Blommers

For the 10th issue of top-notch men’s magazine Fantastic Man, Amsterdam-based image-maker Anuschka Blommers photographed four unembellished slabs of meat. Repeatedly commissioned by an elite crop of fashion and culture publications (including The Gentlewoman, Self Service, Kilimanjaro), Blommers’ work, particularly this series (revealed here in a slideshow), is welcome proof there is far more to fashion photography than size zero models and uber-slick styling.
