Despite its name, it’s striking how often still life-work can seem devoid of any sense of energy or essence, so step forward Bela Borsodi. The New York-based photographer brings a vivacious sense of fun to his work which elevates them above much else out there. In The Expandables series for Tatler we are presented with a group of fantastically grotesque caricatures, bursting with detail and playful monstrosity.
