This delicious animation divulges the 158 year journey of Louis Vuitton’s luggage line from iconic steamer-trunk to the portable carry-case it is today. Commissioned by NOWNESS for the Louis Vuitton Marc Jacobs exhibition opening in Paris this Friday, it charts the evolution of a fashion house – once exclusively for ladies of leisure, now (thanks to Mr. Jacobs), a more accessible luxury brand. Borstlap’s film does the project justice, chugging along at an entertaining pace, presenting an elegent story with ever-so-Parisian restraint. Oh darling, do click through to watch it!
