Neolithic man meets beautiful design in the Common Dictionary of Tools

Date

Parisian record label and small press publisher Éditions Audio & Papier have only existed for twelve months (which actually means they’ve not released any records yet) but their printed works showcase a beautifully simple, restrained collection of self-directed artist’s work that’s as grounded in theory as it is in aesthetics. Their latest production Common Dictionary of Tools, seeks to establish a visual lexicon of human tools through the ages, examining our relationship with objects of our own creation from pre-history through to the present day. So if flint arrowheads and crisp design get your pulse racing you best get your pre-order in now!
