James Reeve: Lightscapes

Posted by Charlotte Simmonds,

For his latest project, acclaimed photographer James Reeve turns the lights down to present us with a series of arresting images of the metropolis by night. These glowing cityscapes, absolved of their connective tissue, hover like fireflies in luminous geometric formations. Reminiscent of that dreamy moment when you look out an airplane window and watch the cacophony of life reduced to a silent, homogeneous grid – like ridges on a circuit-board. Mmm.
