Rebecca Jewell

Posted by Liv Siddall,

Much like that guy who gets paid $150,000 to look after that tropical island every year, Rebecca Jewell has landed herself one of the most coveted jobs on the planet: artist in residence at the British Museum. Scholarly, informed, still bursting with her genuine passion and marvel at nature, Rebecca’s work is wholly inspired by the history of the human civilisation represented through artefacts. But, for someone who gets to wander around the museum all day and create beautiful pieces of historically influenced work, how could she not be?
