Sarah Haug

Sarah Haug’s illustration makes no sense. I’m serious. I don’t understand her work – I don’t understand what, why or when it is. But, for me, therein lies its genius. Illustration rarely shocks and startles – it’s rarely something other than what we understand to be illustration in a traditional sense. So when a totally weird portfolio like Sarah’s crops up it’s important we showcase it. Perhaps this is the future of image-making and perhaps it isn’t. Either way, let’s enjoy it now.
