This Saturday (1 October) South East Print Studio will be running an all day, drop-in screenprinting workshop as part of It’s Nice That’s A Load of Jargon show. Taking place at The Conran Shop for London Design Festival, A Load of Jargon is an exhibition celebrating industry buzzwords. It features a series of five installations by creative duo Isabel + Helen that bring jargon to life, making fun physical embodiments of phrases like “big idea” and “easy win” for visitors to interact with.
Pulling Shapes workshop
Saturday 1 October
11am – 5pm
South East Print Studio’s second of three screenprinting workshops invites visitors to throw some shapes. Create a composition from the plethora of pre-made screens, using the various shapes to be as minimal, experimental or abstract as you like. Choose your ink colour – this time we’ve got in some super vivid ink colours to print with – and then your paper colour, and get printing. You can screenprint the artwork yourself and take the print home. The workshop is completely free and open all day on a drop-in basis.
