Zaha Hadid has died aged 65

Architect Zaha Hadid has died today aged 65. According to reports on the BBC, she died in Miami while being treated in hospital for bronchitis. Among the projects her architecture practice have completed are the London 2012 Olympics Aquatic Centre and the Serpentine Gallery in London’s restaurant, The Magazine. In 2014 the cultural centre in Azerbajan her practice designed won the Design of the Year award.
