Mark Long: Animal Alphabet

We first came across Mark Long’s illustrations when he sent in a copy of his wonderful football zine way back when. More recently we were reminded of his very nice looking portfolio with a regular spot he draws for The Independent in his signature brush style, but also his linocut crafted anim-alphabet. It’s got your classic “A is for ape” but illustrated with real charm and “nice” is spelt newt-iguana-crocodile-elephant.
