This week’s It’s Not Us is London based designer and illustrator Emily Alston. Since graduating from Liverpool School of Art & Design she’s worked both independently and with a variety of studios, and completed work for the likes of The Guardian, Plan B and Orange.
‘I produced this set of playground plates for a recent exhibition. With the title of the show having the word breakfast in it, I was given the perfect excuse to use the medium of ceramics – something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. Teapots coming soon.’
