Demian Conrad has been a typographer, a student of lateral thinking, a curator and now a designer. Two of his projects stand-out as great examples of the nonlinear practicality of his education so far: Photo-Lithogram uses an offset plate as photo-sensitive paper with glasses set on top creating a camera-less image and a decidedly Swiss looking poster. His contribution to Un Sedicesimo exemplifies his interest in how “technologies and processes relate to form and meaning,” a hand-made booklet that binds thinking and making into a single act without computers.
