Francis Bacon’s studio was an absolute mess – a small, dark space in South Kensington that, because of the insight it offers into the artist and his work, is considered a conversational topic in its own right. Thanks to the guys at It Drew Itself, we’ve now also been granted access into the studio of inimitable LA-based artist Eric Yahnker – a place packed floor to ceiling with a mix of random artefacts, the artist’s own work, and (we assume) his cat, which helps us understand why and how Eric makes the work he makes.
