No video could open more perfectly than this one from The Lonely Island, which starts with a brilliant Made in Chelsea-esque parody of a windswept British girl on Waterloo Bridge with the London Eye behind her. She’s saying in a horrific Ab Fab accent “Hi this is Bridget, should I come over later?” to a Brooklyn-based Andy Samberg dressed in his finest American lad gear, not giving two effs about what she has to say.

The whole film is about girls giving you a hard time after you give them a hug, because a hug does in no way insinuate eternal love and commitment. Basically they’re comparing hugging to doing it, parodying that lyric from 50 Cent’s In Da Club in which he inexplicably orders women to “come gimme a hug”. As ever, it’s hilarious, full of beautiful women who have the upper hand, and is 100% taking piss out of men. Oh, and there’s a genuinely funny cameo from Pharrell. Pharrell! Being funny! Genius.
