The faintly apocalyptic photographs of Detroit’s abandoned municipal buildings and grandiose quarters form an incredible chronicle, The Ruins of Detroit, by Yves Marchand and Romain Meffre.

Slow on the uptake with this one but rightfully schooled by the Observer at the weekend.
