Design legends appear in latest trailer for Graphic Means documentary
We first covered Graphic Means back in March 2015, when the documentary, directed by Briar Levit, was searching for funding through Kickstarter. The documentary, which is now in production, will explore graphic design production of the 1950s through the 1990s—from linecaster to photocomposition, and from paste-up to PDF.
Having reached its financial target last year, the completed film will be launched early 2017.
The new trailer features a stellar array of design legends, hinting at the fascinating story that the documentary will tell. The two-minute teaser has contributions from a just a few of the 25 people interviewed including Frank Romero, Cece Cutsforth, Steve Heller and Adrian Shaughnessy.
