Father Ted creator Graham Linehan writing new comedy series with Adam Buxton

Date
4 November 2015

Channel 4 has commissioned a new sci-fi comedy show written by Father Ted and The IT Crowd creator Graham Linehan and Adam Buxton of Adam & Joe glory. The space-based show called The Cloud follows the crew of Cloud Station 13, a data hub floating in space set up to protect the information we humans hoard on our devices, like “selfies, pictures of kittens and a lot of porn”.

Graham, one of our Here 2015 speakers in June and Adam, who spoke at Here 2013 were asked to make a pilot of The Cloud back in February. Channel 4 have said there will be ‘changes’ from the pilot, but as yet nothing has been announced in regards to casting.
