The XX - Basic Space

The XX have firmly jammed themselves in my ears ever since their new record came out a couple of weeks ago. What better excuse to do a little investigation into their videography and happily reveal that they have been working with brilliant director/photographer Anthony Dickenson. Their latest, Basic Space was simply shot using a basic lighting set up and some very long exposures on a rotating turntable. A perfect accompaniment to a memsmerising piece of music.
