Pavement or sidewalk? Tom-ay-to or tom-ar-to? Just some of the wacky linguistic differences which separate us from our trans-Atlantic cousins – sneakers and trainers is another one. But one thing we can all agree on is how much we LOVE casual footwear, whatever the freak we end up calling it. Sneakerpedia is a wiki-site dedicated to glorious shoes populated by pictures uploaded by trainer-philes everywhere. Launched by Foot Locker in May, it has really taken off and is now a resource, a celebration and a social history all rolled into one.
