Ubu Web

An amazing resource for out of print, rare or hard to find material that spans the arts. This online archive has a diverse collection of documentaries, artists films and original audio recordings that is always expanding and often features guest curators to select content from its archives. Some highlights include John Berger’s original TV series Ways of Seeing, an interview with Marcel Duchamp and John Cage on silence. Selected here is a film about the life and work of William Burroughs, with a rare chance to hear Burroughs read excerpts from Naked Lunch, performed on Saturday Night Live.
