Celebrating cultural richness and multifaceted representation whilst equally challenging the perception of others, the practice of London-based visual artist, Rhea Scotland, focuses on fashion, form and figure, particularly around Black and mixed-race women. Her work blends softness, intimacy and identity at all stages of the creative process – including styling, casting and photography. Her project Now You See Me explores softness in Black womanhood.
