The dexterous craftings of Seiko Kato are a real wonder to look at and even more to consider how they were made. We featured her collage work way back in issue #2 and since then she has continued to flaw us with her hand cut (mostly Victorian) imagery, constructed into dense, disproportionate forms that are both beautifully vast and minutely ornate.
