Naughty neons and dusky illustrations from New York creative Shawna X
Shawna X’s work is light, feminine, and slightly sexy. Largely made up of dreamy illustrations, the bulk of her portfolio is tinged with the same tropical pinks, blues and purples as the neon signs she also makes. Much of Shawna’s work sees her putting a digital spin on natural environments like a desert with perfectly-formed peaks and precise jungle-like fronds. Her style and focus on branding has attracted Adobe and commissions for the very adult card game Cards Against Humanity, but in between working as a full-time designer she still manages to devote a lot of attention to self-initiated projects.
