When we came to close submissions on our search for the best new names in the industry this year we were astounded to discover that, in total, we had received double the amount of applications that had landed in our lap for Ones to Watch in 2025. The whole It’s Nice That team clubbed together to carefully pore over every application, and we were so impressed by the visual standard, original thinking, innovative ideation and keen creative eyes behind all of this year’s projects and portfolios – it was tough to whittle down to say the least!

But, we finally landed on the following list of 72 practitioners that we think are going to make waves and it’s one hell of a line-up! It’s time to head over to the directory and have a look at some awe-inspiring work pushing the boundaries of each respective discipline and forging new creative paths for the future.
