Whether you’re about to graduate or less than one year into your creative career, we want to hear from you!

20 April 2021

An individual’s first steps into the creative industry are always daunting. Whether you've been to university or are entering straight from school, we’re sure there are a multitude of questions balancing on the tip of your tongue. So, to help guide you through this process, we’re launching a survey to find out what advice you want to know, and who you’d like to hear it from.

Whether it’s figuring out what kind of studio you’d like to work in, testing how best to present your work or learning how to balance personal projects without burning out, let us know what advice you need by completing the survey below.

This will guide our team at It’s Nice That as we put together an advice series dedicated to emerging creatives. We're eager to know what pressing topics need addressing for the fresh additions joining our industry. No matter what creative discipline you associate with, this survey is for anyone pursuing a career in the visual arts. From graphic design to illustration, we hope to put together a series of articles which will genuinely help you. Using our network and expertise, we will collate your questions and queries into an informative and insightful series, hoping to make your first career steps that little bit easier.

Launching today (Monday 19 April 2021), the survey will run for a week closing on midday BST on Wednesday 28 April. If you can spare a couple of minutes from your day, we’d love to hear from you.

Thank you for your time!
