The Stack Awards 2015 announces magazine of the year and much more

Winners of the first Stack Awards for independent magazines were announced last night in London. The new awards scheme aims to recognise the best work done internationally by independent publishers and their contributors between October 2014 and September 2015. The shortlist, which featured both newcomers and seasoned publishers, reiterated that print is still as impressive as it is relevant. The Gourmand was announced as Magazine of the Year, and Weapons of Reason won both Launch of the Year and Best Use of Illustration.
